By registering an account on 99ah, clicking any "I agree" checkbox during sign-up, or simply continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of everything contained in this document.

These Terms apply to all activities on the 99ah platform: sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20, football and esports), slots, live casino, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims and any other feature offered now or in the future. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or features and will be communicated alongside those offers — they form part of these Terms when they do.

99ah reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. If you continue using the platform after a revision, you are accepting the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time.

To use 99ah, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be registering as an individual person, not on behalf of a company, syndicate or group, unless explicitly authorised by 99ah in writing.
• You must not already hold another 99ah account. Only one account per person is permitted.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of 99ah or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.

99ah may ask you to verify your age, identity or location at any point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in your account being restricted until the process is complete.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 99ah. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a different name, or using different contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When you register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If any of your details change, please update your account as soon as possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 99ah will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Account names must match the identity documents you provide during verification.
• PKR withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or mobile wallets that match the verified account holder's name.
• Any attempt to use another person's identity, payment details or contact information is strictly prohibited.
• 99ah reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its sole discretion.

All transactions on 99ah are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. Specific deposit limits, processing times and any applicable minimums are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — regardless of whether that person has given consent — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 99ah does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 99ah balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are near-instant.
• 99ah is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows or network issues on the player's end.
• Deposited funds are used for entertainment on the platform. 99ah accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification and any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

PKR withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast accounts are typically processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawal requests can only be processed to accounts verified in the name of the 99ah account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Any funds received as a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed against those funds.
• 99ah may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is a standard security measure.
• Repeated requests to cancel and re-initiate withdrawals without completing them may be flagged as unusual activity.

All bets placed on 99ah — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the specific rules displayed alongside that market at the time of placing the bet. General rules that apply across all sports and casino products are summarised here.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99ah does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds confirmed in your bet slip are the odds that apply to your bet, even if the displayed price changes afterwards.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or obvious pricing error, 99ah reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect prices. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on markets where the result was already determined at the time of betting — whether due to a data error or any other reason — will be voided.
• Live in-play betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting. 99ah may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, use of insider information, or coordinated betting patterns will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

99ah offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds — which are communicated alongside the offer. Those specific terms must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or moved to another account.
• 99ah reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if it believes the promotion is being abused, exploited through coordinated play, or claimed using multiple accounts.
• Where a player has used a bonus, any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it.
• Free bet bonuses, where offered, may have different conditions regarding what happens with winnings — these will be stated in the promotion terms.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately and increased only after a cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99ah platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using false or stolen identity documents or payment details during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to launder money or use 99ah to disguise the origin of funds from any illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or coordinating betting patterns to exploit bonus offers.
• Using insider knowledge — including non-public information about match outcomes, team selections or injuries — to place bets.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing someone else to place bets on your account.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 99ah staff, support agents or other users through any channel.

99ah uses automated monitoring and manual review to detect unusual activity. If your account is flagged for review, it may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing. We will communicate with you through your registered contact details during any review process.

99ah reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, unusual or suspicious betting patterns, or a request from the account holder themselves.

• If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance associated with bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that have not been subject to any violation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact support and provide your account details. Your request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests are treated as a priority and will be actioned as quickly as technically possible.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy. Any applicable conditions will be communicated before action is taken.

99ah provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

• 99ah is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, delays in payment processing by third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, winnings or funds caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, device failures or network issues on the player's side.
• In all cases, 99ah's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident is limited to the net deposited balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Your privacy matters to us. 99ah collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
