On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. A verification code will be sent via SMS. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you're back in. Make sure your registered number is still active — that's your primary recovery method. If you're not receiving the OTP, check your signal or contact support.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our terms and conditions. If you're locked out of your existing account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Sports Betting & Cricket

Cricket is the headline sport — PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and major tournaments all have live markets. Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place bets on a match while it is happening. Odds update ball-by-ball for cricket and in real time for other sports. It's the most exciting way to bet — if you watch a PSL match and see a team building momentum, you can react and place a bet instantly. Just log in, go to the live section, and select the market you want.

Winnings are settled and credited to your account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed. For cricket, this is typically within a few minutes of the final result. Your transaction history will show each settled bet with the PKR amount won or lost.

If a match is abandoned, rained off, or declared void before a result can be determined, bets are generally voided and your stake is returned to your balance.
